Gaia in Color, original macrame tapestry by Nicole Landreth
Measures 18" diameter, 30” long. Made with 100% natural cotton cord and various yarn

I created this piece as a celebration of the earth mother goddess, Gaia, in all her colors. She resides in a handmade wreathe of twigs, wrapped carefully in natural twine and hemp. Her roots are twisted and gnarly,  and reach out past her circular confines.

Pictured here is the Autumnal variation. She can be recreated in several color variations, listed but not pictured.
