What is your shipping policy?

All make and ship times are subject to change due to life. I’m a one woman show.

CANVAS pieces in shop are ready to ship. If framing is purchased, allow 7-10 business days for framing and gluing. If no framing is purchased: canvas panels will come with a picture hanging sticker, stretched canvas will come wired for direct wall hanging. Allow 3-5 days to ship, unless I notify you otherwise.

WOOD BURNED pieces in shop are ready to ship. If hanging set up is purchased, allow 5-7 business days for set up. If no hanging set up is purchased, allow 3-5 days to ship, unless I notify you otherwise.

MACRAME, KNIT, and CROCHET pieces are handmade to order. I am a one woman show, and I make each piece one by one. Allow 2-3 weeks for making time. I will email you when the piece is finished, and will ship within 3-5 days after completion.

Commissions shipping will vary, and will be discussed between the client and myself.

At this time (updated February 2020), I am only shipping within the United States.

What’s your return policy?

Generally speaking, if a piece is not meeting the needs that you expected, I would prefer to exchange or alter a piece to fit your need. However, if you simply want a return, that is an easy process, just send me an email within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll start the return process. Free return shipping, I would never ask you to pay shipping twice on a piece you ended up returning. That’s a promise.

• If your piece was damaged in transit, please email me or complete this form, and we will find a good outcome. I take great care in protecting your artwork orders, and if anything is ever damaged I will work to the very best of my abilities to solve the problem.
